On Moday morning, as were waking up and getting the day started, Daniel's aunt called with some horrible news. Overnight, their dog had managed to tear into the pen where Reagan was and had let her out. There were big holes dug out underneath the fence, where he had worked his way in. So, Reagan had apparently run started running, and ran straight into the road, which is a busy highway leading out of town. Our poor little doggy was killed, probably immediately. Dan and I had to go bury her out on their family's land.
We are still so sad. The saddest part is all we went through to make sure she would get down here safe and sound, only to lose her a few days after arriving. Xavier seems to
be okay, but he wants to pet and play with every other dog we come in contact with. He
