Looks like something from a deep fryer.
Cayce got it! It's the innards of our turkey fryer. Don't worry, it's clean. Dan grabbed it one day when he got tired of the paper towels not having a permanent "home." I just left them on there and each new roll keeps getting put back on it, ha!
