I knew I probably hadn't seen it all...

I think I will start a new category called, "Weird things I have seen driving down the highway." Here's yet another entry in that particular category.


The other day, Dan called me to say that he had seen a BBQ trailer heading down the road. Not unusual in and of itself, but wait, there's more. He said he could smell the BBQ cooking.... Know why? Because it was cooking going down the road!!!


Homeboy had a huge grill somehow rigged up in this homemade trailer. And it was rolling down the highway, cooking up some of Texas' finest steer. The smoke was coming out of the stack and everything! Now if that don't beat all. (Said in my best ol' timer Southern vernacular.)
